Operational Business Intelligence

DigiLIBE transforms files and emails into unique Information Objects (digital assets) where they are no longer organized and utilized in the traditional method of name, size, and directory. When they become unique Information Objects, they are organized by their inherent meaning and value to the organization for the purpose of capturing operational intelligence and economic benefit from the wealth of content created daily. DigiLIBE combines user focused, content based search and fast random access over a business’ enterprise storage infrastructure, including archived data.

DigiLIBE enables access information via tools that are familiar to users:

screenshot_thumbSearch: DigiLIBE Search provides a robust user search interface. Information can be searched by: content, file names, file types, date range.

explorer_thumbVirtual Explorer: DigiLIBE Explorer is a “simple” easy-to-use file explorer interface. Users have access to files and emails regardless of where they are located.

  • Self-Service Recovery: Files and emails can be restored and recovered by end users using a drag and drop function. They no longer require the assistance of Help Desk support team members or a technical administrator to recover their lost files.

Information Applications: DigiLIBE's enabling technology allows the stored/archived content to act as a data source for creating custom applications. DigiLIBE takes care of organizing the data into a simple methodology for application development - Find, Present and Action.

Reporting: DigiLIBE provides real-time dashboard for data verification and operational status. Static reports are included for user statistics and auditing, operations and performance, as well as storage optimization and data reduction trends.
